This session will discuss the basics of the most commonly used evaluation types (card sorts, paper prototyping, and computer-based) as well as talk about when to use them. Examples of low-cost, easy-to-perform evaluations and explanations of the return on investment of usability will be presented. This session will also show you how you can incorporate evaluations into your project workflow easily.
